My husband and I recently purchased a block of land in Kingbird Estate.
Kingbird Estate meet all our needs, large blocks of land, family oriented location with various parks, new state of the art early learning centre and primary school and close to Botanical gardens which we visit regularly with our young children.
The area is within minutes a major shopping centre however the area remains peaceful and quiet. We cannot wait to build our dream home in our dream location.

We purchased Lot 1302 in the Kingbird estate because we loved the larger size lots that were available and facing the Botanical Gardens was a plus for us. We are looking forward to watching the estate being built and building our own home there.

We purchased the land because we wanted some more room to enjoy as a young family. We wanted to be able to design a home that could grow with us in a space where we have access to amenities without being squashed together. The gardens across the road is a stunning asset also with an abundance of trees and natural space.

We can’t wait to start our next chapter in Kingbird. We chose Kingbird because of how close it is to the Botanical Gardens and all the walking trails it has to offer. We are really looking forward to immersing ourselves in the Kingbird community.
